TROUTDALE, Ore. (KOIN) — Firefighters worked to rescue a woman after a tree fell onto her car Tuesday evening.
The woman was driving on Old Columbia River Highway near Stark Street when the tree toppled onto her Ford Taurus.
She was reportedly alert and talking as firefighters worked to remove her from the car.
Crews were able to pull her out shortly before 6 p.m. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.
She was the only person in the car.
