VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — Police are searching for a Vancouver teenager with a diminished mental capacity who went missing overnight Sunday.

Kaitlyn Campbell, 16, reportedly ran away from her home in the area of Mill Plain Boulevard and NE 92nd Avenue. Her destination is unknown.

Police are investigating the case with a high priority due to Campbell’s diminished mental capacity.

She is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall, 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

She usually wears glasses. Police aren’t sure what she was wearing when she left home, but she did pack her backpack with flower patterns and a purse.

Anyone with information on Campbell’s whereabouts should call 360.518.4101.
