MILWAUKIE, Ore. (KOIN) — A 49-year-old woman was arrested for reportedly instructing her daughter to steal numerous packages from homes in the Milwaukie-Clackamas County area.
Mary Palmer-Correa was taken into custody at her Oregon City home on Thursday after a Milwaukie resident reported a package theft, police said.

Investigators determined Palmer-Correa told her 9-year-old daughter to steal packages while she waited in her car.
Numerous stolen items were recovered at the woman’s home including books, cups, pillows, a light set and TV wall mount, police said.
Palmer-Correa was lodged in Clackamas County Jail on charges of second-degree theft.
