PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Following up on numerous tips from the public, the Portland police said they identified and arrested 2 people allegedly responsible for some of the vandalism during an anti-Trump riot that took place in the days following the election.
Damaree Mitchell, 19, was initially booked into the Multnomah County Jail on an outstanding arrest warrant, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
While she was in jail, authorities said they cited her for reckless burning and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Police also arrested an Estacada man on Tuesday after authorities said he was involved in numerous acts of vandalism, including damaging vehicles at Broadway Toyota.
Mateen A. Shaheed, 20, faces six counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
