PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — In celebration of body possibility, Portlanders marched through the city in yoga pants on October 28.
The event was a response to a statement made in Rhode Island that said women over the age of 20 shouldn’t wear yoga pants in public. The goal of the march is to promote the idea that everybody should be able to wear whatever they want and feel comfortable in it.
The #YogaPantsParadePDX event was hosted by Evolve Fit Wear, based in SE Portland.
