PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Get ready for soaking rains and windy conditions as a series of storms moves into the PNW starting Wednesday night.
Gale watches have already been issued for the coast Wednesday night through Friday afternoon where winds could gust higher than 50 mph and seas could reach 10-20 feet.
Breezy conditions will extend into the Portland metro/valley with rain totals approaching 2″ to 3″ by the end of the day Friday.
The weekend won’t bring any relief as another storm sweeps through Saturday bringing potentially stronger winds and heavier rain, keeping us wet through Sunday. Another inch or two of rain will be possible.
One more system moves in Monday keeping us wet through Tuesday. by Wednesday, we’ll try to catch a break and dry out for a few days!
