Witness: Man exposed himself near Gresham playground

GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of exposing himself near a Gresham playground.

A witness told police he was sitting on his back porch Tuesday evening at the Columbia Trail Apartments on NW 15th Street when he saw a man acting suspiciously near the playground, Gresham Police Dept. said.

The witness reportedly captured cellphone video of the suspect touching himself while looking in the direction of the playground. The suspect rode away on a blue mountain bike after the witness approached him, police said.

The suspect is described as a white man around 30-40 years old. He was wearing a baseball hat, blue jeans and a black long sleeved shirt over a light colored shirt.
