PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Southeast Portland home caught fire Monday afternoon, officials said.
Reports of the fire at 5200 SE 18th Avenue came in around 5:40 p.m. The home is reportedly boarded up, but neighbors say a transient was staying inside.
The flames reportedly started outside and extended to the house, according to Portland Fire & Rescue.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
