1 shot to death in Gresham mobile-RV park

GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN 6) — One person has died after a late night shooting at the Rolling Hills Mobile Terrace & RV Park, according to police.

The Bureau of Emergency Communications reports that the shooting occurred on Saturday at 10:16 p.m. in the 20100 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard.

Witnesses told KOIN 6 News they heard about several series of shots ring out after a fight between people inside the park. Police have not said if there was more than one shooter.

According to the Gresham Police Department’s official Twitter account, one person is dead. The case is being investigated as a possible gang related incident.

No additional information has been released. Detectives with the Gresham Police Department and East Multnomah County Major Crimes Team remain on scene.
