PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A special trailer containing a large collection of snuggling gear was stolen from the Crestwood neighborhood this week.
The bright orange trailer belongs to Shanya Luther with SnuggleHQ, who reported the theft to Portland Police.
According to Luther’s Facebook post, the “snuggle mobile” contains at least $5,000 worth of items for SnuggleHQ, which promotes the benefits of platonic touch. The gear includes pillows, blankets, T-shirts and signs to encourage positive touch.
The local group works with communities in Portland including people with physical disabilities.
Anyone who sees this orange trailer is asked to call Portland Police.
