PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Just before noon Saturday, a small explosive device went off at the Fred Meyer store located at SE Foster Blvd. and SE 82nd Ave.
It exploded in aisle 13 among the travel items, say police.
No one was hurt and there was no major damage to the store.
Portland Police and arson investigators with Portland Fire & Rescue are investigating.
Police say the store is open and there is no risk to the public.
