PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As May begins with sunshine and temps expected in the 80s, the stats on April are in.
And it was the warmest April in the history of recorded weather in Portland, KOIN 6 Meteorologist Riley O’Connor said.
The combined highs and lows averaged to 57.8 degrees — breaking the previous mark set in 2004 by 1.5 degrees.
